Getting here these days could not be easier. There are both fast boats and flights running daily from Bali.

Fast Boats

You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) fast boat service leaves from Benoa Harbour in Bali (15 minutes from Kuta, Seminyak and Sanur). The boat departs daily at 8:00am and arrives on Gili Trawangan at about 10:30am, leaving again at around 11am for the return trip to Bali.  A pick up service from your hotel in Bali to the harbour can be organised through Island Getaway.

For those coming from the east of Bali or Ubud, the Gili Cat leaves from Padang Bai. The boat leaves daily at 9:00am and arrives on Gili Trawangan at about 10:30am. A pick up service from your hotel in Bali to the harbour can be organised through Gili Cat.

Both boat prices are around Rp600,000 one way for adults and Rp350,000 for children (children under 2 years old travel for free) and include hotel transfers from the Kuta, Seminyak and Sanur areas of Bali.

Flights

There are usually around five flights a day between Bali and Lombok.  The flight takes just under 30 minutes, and from Lombok International Airport, Lombok, we can arrange a transfer to the island for you.  The transfer includes an air-conditioned car from the airport to a small harbor 2 hours away, followed by a 10-15 minute speedboat ride across to Gili Trawangan.

The cost of the airport transfer varies according to the number of people traveling.  The cost for two people is Rp800,000 one-way.  The cost for four people is Rp850,000.  For rates on other group sizes, please contact us.

Depending on the airline and time of year, flights range from Rp 250,000 to Rp 550,000 for a one way ticket. Tickets can be bought direct from the airline counters at the domestic airport, or you can contact local travel agents in both Bali and Lombok.
